Your programme, your prices
Each activity has a name, a kind, a short description, a price per person or per week, the day or date it runs, and how many places it has. Add, edit, hide or remove them yourself in Settings.

Trips, classes and the social programme, booked with the course.
Excursions, cooking classes, salsa nights — your students choose them on the same page as their course, and your office sees who is going on what.
Chosen while booking
Students tick the activities they want. The page shows the day, the price and the places left, and a full activity is shown as full.
Places that count themselves
Places are counted on our side from the bookings that hold them. A full activity cannot be booked, and a cancelled booking gives its place back.
Priced into the booking
The price comes from your list, once or for every week of the stay, and is added to the booking’s total — never taken from the browser.
Who is going on what
An Activities page in the console lists every activity with the students booked on it — their course, dates, status and whether they have paid — and the places left.
Changed at the desk
The office can add or remove a student’s activities from the booking itself, and the activities are listed in the confirmation email and the school’s notification.
