Your rooms, your way
Each option has a name, a location, a price per week or per night, and what is included — meals, Wi-Fi, cleaning. Group them by location and limit them to the courses they belong to.
Accommodation
Homestays, apartments and residences, booked with the course.
Students choose where they will live on the same page as their course. The room is priced, kept on the booking, and shows up on a twelve-week board in your console.
Optional or required
A room can be an extra, or required for a course where every student lives on site. Mark it “included in your course” where it is, and show the building with a short description.
Priced by the system
The room is added to the total the student sees before booking, and priced again on our side from your list: price × weeks, or × nights for a room sold by the night.
Kept on the booking
The room is saved with the booking and named in the confirmation email to the student and in the notification to the school.
The Rooms board
Twelve weeks ahead, how many students are in each room each week. For every room, its students: course, arrival and departure week, number of weeks, room cost and status.
Changed at the desk
The office can change or remove a booking’s room. The price moves by the difference, so a discount given by hand survives.
